Full Job Description

As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of Vodafone's UK offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our "Office in a Box" home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are., We are looking for a Senior Indirect Sales Manager to influence the commercial strategy for Indirect and develop strategic offers through external partnerships. You will lead and manage the Indirect Sales team to deliver product sales and services activities through all the indirect distribution channels (e.g. selling through strategic partnerships). Who you are

  • Has clear understanding of industry trends, economic, financial KPIs (e.g. profit and loss) market and customer dynamics, and demonstrates business foresight and entrepreneurship to contribute to the wider digital business strategy. Can understand and interpret the impact of external factors on the function or organisation. Understands KPIS and levers to pull to drive commercial performance.
  • Knowledge of competition to Vodafone across products and services. Identifies and articulates where Vodafone benefits the customer over our competition.
  • Able to implement /lead the implementation of a strategic plan in an effort to reach organizational goals consisting of the daily structures, systems, and operational goals that set a team up for success.
