Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Information Controller where you will ensure the accurate, secure, and efficient management of all documentation for our construction projects. Manage and implement the Common Data Environment (CDE) in alignment with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements. Lead training and support to key stakeholders in using the CDE to facilitate seamless access to critical information, enhance decision-making processes, and ensure efficient project delivery across the entire project lifecycle. Our Building team brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country. You'll:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient information management of all project-related information, including documentation, models, and drawings across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain a robust CDE structure for storing, retrieving, and archiving information.
  • Monitor adherence to industry regulations such as ISO19650 and company policies across projects.
  • Support the Design Management function in the development and maintenance of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Administer processes for data validation, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CDE structure and workflows.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards to minimise errors and improve reliability, aligned to ISO 19650, company policy and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients regarding information control practices.
  • Support the development of the project CDE and Naming Protol.
  • Provide training sessions to the entire project team to ensure team members are proficient in using the Common Data Environment.

    Experience in previous Information Control/Information Management roles
  • Experience managing Asite as the CDE is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience of ISO 19650.
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of managing MIDPs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, understand project requirements, and delivery of presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to both lead and work as part of a team.
