Full Job Description

  • Create engaging and commercial concepts for in-store and seasonal store window displays.

  • Artwork print perfect designs for in-store.

  • Produce clear wireframes and low-fidelity comps and present design ideas.

  • Collaborate and communicate with e-comm team and developers to ensure execution and consistency across all digital assets.

  • Develop digital storyboards and high quality animations and video assets.

  • Participate in supporting Creative Lead and Content Executive with monthly Marketing decks and internal presentations.

  • Create brand identities and support on branding projects across all channels.

  • Create concepts for campaigns and support the Creative Lead where needed on the production of internal and campaign shoots.

  • Provide Art Direction for creative shoots, leading the process and supporting the studio team to deliver assets.

  • Supporting the Creative Lead on preparing materials for Senior stakeholders.

  • Help manage the teams work management flow and support in nurturing other team members.

    Ideally 6+ years of working experience within retail brands.

  • Confident in designing brand identities and presenting visual systems across all touch points.

  • Excellent proficiency in design programs including Figma, Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier pro and Powerpoint.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates previous experience in Art Direction for both model and still life shoots.

  • Highly detail orientated with a strong understanding of designing for commercial brands.

  • Strong UX & UI skillset with a deep understanding of industry standard tools (in particular Figma).

  • An expert in execution across print with a demonstrated history of experience working alongside VM and In-store teams.

  • Confident in presenting and pitching concepts and communicating ideas to team members is desirable.

  • You have a genuine curiosity about design and want to push your work further through experimentation.

  • Demonstrates a positive can-do and problem solver attitude.

  • Willing and excited to present your thoughts and passionate about participating.

  • A methodical creative with impeccable organisation skills and a strong ability to self-manage.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to effectively prioritize work loads.

    We are looking for an Senior Integrated Designer to join the Accessorize marketing team. This is a new role and will report into the Creative Lead, and involve creating engaging and commerical concepts for the Accessorize stores.
