Full Job Description
As Senior Integration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a range of collaborative projects across St George's and Epsom St Helier. These projects will focus largely on clinical areas, focused on improving outcomes for our patients and value for taxpayers.,
- Support the day to day planning and delivery of their particular projects.
- Track and monitor SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound) objectives with their team(s) and the Workstream/Programme Lead in order to ensure , on time delivery of projects.
- Work in partnership with appropriate management, clinical staff and others to ensure support and engagement for their project(s) and embed the transformation work within the day-to-day work of the Trust.
- Undertake analysis and synthesis to support identification of improvement opportunities and to evaluate impact of interventions on service performance
- Develop project materials that support reporting to service, divisional and Trust leadership, as well as facilitation of integration project work shops and working groups.
- Track project risks and issues - working with different leads to agree and implement mitigations.
- Take responsibility for developing a robust project management framework, including the preparation of project plan, key outcomes, deliverables and timescales.
- Ensure there are regular project meetings to co-ordinate the work programme and report to the relevant steering group monthly., Having put in place a Group model, we are now seeking to deliver the benefits of collaboration across our two Trusts, through an exciting integration programme. As Integration Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting delivery of that programme.
