Senior Interior Designer

Our client is looking for an experienced senior interior design lead with a passion for hospitality and a drive to excel in their career. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of specialist hospitality brand designers, shaping them into industry leaders. Working closely with the Creative Director, Design Director, and Strategy team, you will play a key role in crafting beautiful and engaging brand stories.,

• Conceive and implement new concepts and strategies for creative projects


• Collaborate with the creative team to meet client requirements


• Motivate and lead teams of interior designers


• Act as a senior point of contact with clients


• Guide and train team members towards success
  
  Proven experience as a senior interior designer in the hospitality sector


• Minimum of 10 years experience in the industry


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign


• Outstanding leadership and organisational skills


• Graduate level qualification in Interior Design
