Senior Internal Communications Manager

We're on the hunt for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join the team who can play a pivotal role in developing and delivering communication strategies that align with our goals.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Group Communications and Engagement to drive impactful communication plans that inform and engage our leaders and colleagues. You'll act as a trusted communications partner, advising on and implementing business activities, projects, initiatives and change.

Your ability to build strong relationships and use open communication channels will be essential in ensuring that our people feel valued, heard, and involved. You'll also contribute to the success of the team by supporting collaborative approaches across global and group communications teams, sharing best practices, and championing the Specsavers behaviours.

You can work remotely in this role but would be required to travel to our great support offices in Southampton, Nottingham and Guernsey.

Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus

We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
