Full Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst will support Clinics Projects, including new services, digital platforms, products, data migrations, and systems integrations. This role involves working with an experienced core team and a larger multi-disciplinary team. The role also involves developing and supporting the Clinics Business Technology Strategy. How you'll help us make health happen:
- Gathers, analyses, and manages business requirements, translating them into solutions.
- Liaises across BGIUK Technology for solution development and delivery.
- Defines and maintains designs and intellectual property.
- Protects Bupa and customer data, resolving security issues and meeting data standards.
- Interacts with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners, possibly supervising others.
- Selects appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools and applications.
- Communicates complex information, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, plans and monitors work, absorbs new information, and stays aware of developing technologies.
Extensive experience of performing business or solutions analyst activities. - Experience of working across a broad range of technologies in a software delivery environment.
- ISEB certification or equivalent
- Agile experience in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and experience of Requirements Management.
- Manages own time and allocations, with enthusiasm, following the BG UK IT strategic direction.
- Resilient in an unpredictable and demanding environment where work levels can rapidly change.
