Full Job Description
Are you ready to embark on an incredible full time career opportunity with Vita Health Group? Are you an experienced IT analyst who has a strong passion for system configuration and problem management? Would you like to have the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset within a friendly, established team?, You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across multiple patient management systems (NHS & Corporate) and will liaise with 3rd party providers where needed to ensure timely resolutions to service tickets.
Additionally, you will play a fundamental role in new service mobilisations, offering your expertise and working with wider business teams to deliver new clinical systems.
Our team usually works 8:00am 16:30pm, but we are happy to be flexible. This role will be almost fully remote, with the occasional requirement to travel depending upon business needs.
