Senior Kitchen Assistant

As a Senior Kitchen Assistant, you will be assisting our Chef in carrying out all delegated tasks in all areas of the kitchen's responsibility and maintaining a very high standard of hygiene and dress.,

• Overseeing the kitchen rota and ensuring staffing levels is met


• Overseeing the ordering of Apptio food and other required deliveries


• Working every other weekend


• Ensuring stock check is completed


• Meeting with residents and relatives regularly


• Ensuring kitchen checks and audits are completed


• Overseeing the deep cleans of the kitchen


• Supervising kitchen assistants
