Senior Lead, Data Center Management

To ensure all commercial and compliance obligations are met while propelling our business to new heights. As the Senior Lead, Data Center Management, you will be responsible for site operations, managing service partners, suppliers, and vendors to deliver exceptional services. Your choices will have a resounding impact across our sites, securing successful outcomes and maintaining operational excellence. Equipped with the power of data and analysis, you will possess the ability to predict, understand, and influence the outcomes of each site operation. Your foresight will fuel effective decision-making as you navigate the intricate complexities of our facilities, establishing objective and milestone commitments, managing risk, and ensuring budgets and time requirements are appropriately defined.,

• Responsible for site operations, managing service partners, suppliers, and vendors to deliver services to commercial and internal customers.
• Manage and be accountable for site budget and costs.
• Serve as the escalation point for facilities issues, incidents, and outages, and act as the business focal point for major incidents.
• Own site-level KPIs, site information data integrity, regulatory compliance, physical and environmental controls, and site-related permits.
• Manage customer and local community relationships.
• Adapt the regional scope of the job role based on business needs and portfolio changes.
• Flexibility to travel to sites across the managed portfolio as required.
Projects and New Business:
• Act as Project Manager for facility or portfolio projects as needed.
• Represent Data Center offerings in engagements when requested and be responsible for the creation of Data Center solutions.
  
  Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior site management position within a large strategic Data Center or portfolio of Data Centers.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing external Facilities Management and Technical vendors to leverage value for the business.
• Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP).
