HPFT's Specialist Learning Disability Services are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, and experienced Senior Community learning disabilities nurse to work across Buckinghamshire leading the work of the nursing team.

The diverse and multi-disciplinary Specialist Learning Disability Services provide specialist care to adults with Learning Disabilities whose needs cannot be met by mainstream services alone. The successful candidate will be based at our Hub at Midshires Business Park in Aylesbury or Anglo Office Park in High Wycombe on personal choice., As our new Senior Community learning disabilities nurse , you will be welcomed into a safe and supportive staff team, who empower and encourage one another in being the best version of ourselves for the benefit of those we care for.

This opportunity is perfect for someone seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. Under the direction of the Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive professional and effective leadership, as well as clinical advice and expertise. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

We are seeking applications from Nurses who have positive attitudes, values and beliefs about working with people with an LD who are experiencing mental health problems, Positive behaviour support plans and who want to make a real difference to the service.
