Senior Lighting Technician

We are seeking a Senior Lighting Technician to join the Technical team at Curve. The post holder will provide clear and effective supervision of the Lighting team and wider Production Department. In addition, the role will play a key part in providing skilled support for Made at Curve and visiting productions.

As a senior member of the Lighting Team, you will require experience of running fit-ups in a professional theatre, with strong ability to communicate with staff and visiting companies. Good understanding of Electrical Safety alongside knowledge of ETC EOS consoles and safe rigging of a variety of fixtures is essential. You will need to be comfortable joining a large team working to tight deadlines whilst also being capable (after becoming familiar with the venue) of working independently.

This role is a full-time permanent contract, on an averaged annualised hours contract of 42 hours per week. Regular evening and weekend work will be required.
