Senior Local Marketing Manager, The Senior Local Marketing Manager at Bupa Dental Care is responsible for driving and executing local marketing initiatives across our extensive portfolio of dental practices. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with commercial objectives of the business, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuing ensuring consistent, organic growth across the group.
The Senior Local Marketing will work closely with the Operations team, the wider marketing team, and other key stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts at the practice level, are cohesive, effective, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each location. Additionally, this role advocates for the needs of our practices, ensuring they have the support necessary to thrive in a competitive environment.
This position requires confident leadership and management of a regional, multi-channel team of six Local Marketing Managers. The Senior Local Marketing Manager will need to foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, promoting synergy across the entire marketing team and cross-functionally within Bupa Dental Care and the wider Bupa organisation.
Accountabilities
+ Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and overall growth across the dental practice port
+ Lead and manage a multi-channel marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with business goals.
+ Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure local marketing efforts align with commercial objectives and the specific needs of individual practices.
+ Ensure the delivery of local marketing toolkits, empowering practices to adopt a self-service approach to their marketing efforts.
+ Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the practice network, driving organic growth and enhancing overall business performance.
+ Engage with key stakeholders, such as Practice Managers, Area Managers and Regional Directors to advocate for and address the unique marketing needs of each practice.
+ Ensure seamless integration of local marketing initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaigns for a cohesive brand presence.
+ Monitor, analyse and optimise the performance of local marketing activities, using data-driven insights, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
+ Effectively manage and allocate the local marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.
+ Maintain consistency in brand messaging and adherence to Bupa Dental Care's brand guidelines across all local marketing activities, including all practice materials and POS.
+ Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative marketing approaches to continually enhance local marketing efforts.
+ Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the local marketing team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
+ Foster strong cross-departmental relationships within Bupa Dental Care and the broader Bupa organisation to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared objectives.
+ Promote and facilitate community engagement initiatives to enhance the reputation and visibility of practices within their local communities.

+ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or demonstrated experience.
+ A master's degree or other advanced qualifications in marketing or business is highly desirable.
+ Extensive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
+ Proven experience in managing local or regional marketing activities within a multi-site service or retail environment.
+ Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
+ Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly dental care, is advantageous but not essential.
+ Substantial experience in leading and managing a large, multi-channel marketing team, with a focus on fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
+ Strong background in monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimise results.
+ Previous experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment is advantageous for overseeing the needs of our 380+ dental practices.
