Senior Maintenance Engineer

Keep reading - this might just be yournext adventure! As aMaintenance Lead, you'll be part of the 3-person Line StructureManagement Team. A maintenance lead role in an integrated worksystem (IWS) is responsible for reducing maintenance and breakdownlosses while maintaining a deep understanding of the relevantengineering and technology. What it IWS? Intersnack Work Systemsis our approach to improving manufacturing reliability, reducingcosts, and increasing productivity. It is based on two principles:drive to zero losses and 100% employeeownership Whatwill you be doing?

• Owningthe Progressive Maintenance (PM)system
The maintenance lead isresponsible for the PM system for theirline(s).
• Buildingcapability
The maintenance lead isresponsible for building the capability of operating teams andequipment owners to deliver overall lineresults.
• Problemsolving
The maintenance lead isinvolved in problem solving and managing key linesystems.
• Coachingand developing teams
Themaintenance lead coaches and develops teams as a technical coachandresource.

In order to besuccessful in the role, you'll need certain skills, experience andknowledge, including:
• HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineeringdiscipline
• Continuous Improvement (CI)experience & utilising Lean tools andtechniques
• Proven strong engineering andproblem-solving skills
• Preferably (food)manufacturing experience
