Senior Maintenance Worker

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Maintenance Worker to work as part of a team under the leadership of the Head of Maintenance and Aesthetics/Maintenance Manager assisting with the upkeep, repairs and develop projects in the local Trust sites., You will be required to lead on projects and carry out skilled jobs in your area of expertise such as carpentry/joinery, electrician, plumber
You will be requires to carry out all aspects of maintenance in the Trust sites, including residential provision and gardens, with the exception of gas and electrical works (unless qualified)
To ensure that the materials used and work carried out supports the aesthetics of the Trust and the site
The post holder will be required to join team projects as required and carry out outdoor building projects, including landscaping and fencing, both on the College site and the Residential provision
