Join Jewish Care as a Senior Management Accountant and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes and management reporting. Your Role As the Senior Management Accountant, you will:
- Lead on month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and mentor a team, including one direct report.
- Prepare VAT returns and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues to deliver insightful management reports.
- Support the budgeting process and assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
- Actively participate in audits and ensure robust balance sheet controls., Contribute to meaningful projects, including our Redbridge campus development and mental health service integration.

Qualified Accountant with CCAB membership. - Degree-level education.
- At least 5 years' experience in a well-run, best-practice organisation.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting/reporting processes.
- Desirable Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with VAT and PowerBI.
- Proven track record of process improvement and systems optimisation.
