Senior Management Accountant

Your Role As the Senior Management Accountant, you will:

• Lead on month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and mentor a team, including one direct report.
• Prepare VAT returns and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues to deliver insightful management reports.
• Support the budgeting process and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
• Actively participate in audits and ensure robust balance sheet controls., Contribute to meaningful projects, including our Redbridge campus development and mental health service integration.

  Qualified Accountant with CCAB membership.
• Degree-level education.
• At least 5 years' experience in a well-run, best-practice organisation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting/reporting processes.
• Desirable Skills & Knowledge
• Experience with VAT and PowerBI.
• Proven track record of process improvement and systems optimisation.
