Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mental Health Liaison team in the role of Senior Management Support Administrator . The Mental Health Liaison Team is based at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital at Colney and the post will be providing administrative support to our Service Manager and Team Managers across our Mental Health Liaison Service. The role requires strong admin / PA experience as you will be responsible for supporting diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports, audit work and much more. We are looking to recruit to a full time role and hybrid working can be supported. The Mental Health Liaison Service (MHLS) is a Core 24 liaison team that aspires to clinical, teaching and research excellence. We are a dynamic, rapidly developing and evolving service covering all ages over 16 years in a 1254-bed busy general hospital dealing with over 500 referrals per month. With this role there is the opportunity to work with a multi- discipline team consisting of Consultants, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Assistant Practitioners and your potential Clinical and Business Administration colleagues., Senior Management Support Duties Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports. Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards. To raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams (across the care group). Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Business Support Manager (or their deputy). Provide supervision and training and appraisals to administration staff as identified by line manager. Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload. Acting as a supervisor admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
