Senior Manager - Accounting Advisory

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Accounting Advisory team in London. The team provides specialist accounting advice to clients across a range of areas, often working as part of cross-functional teams including Transaction Services, Tax and Valuations. It is a fantastic opportunity for the individual to continue to extend the depth and breadth of our Accounting Advisory service offering and play a part in the future growth of the team. As a Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include among others:

• Ensure that clients receive a high quality, efficient and proactive service and client expectations are exceeded throughout the year.
• Supporting with the delivery of technical projects with the opportunity to lead on the smaller projects, which focus on the application of the technical accounting.
• Supporting transaction teams with GAAP conversions and M&A activity, such as IFRS 3 analysis, implications of group reorganisations and accounting for private equity transactions).
• Assessing the impact of recently adopted and new accounting standards (i.e., IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IFRS 17) and preparing complex consolidation cashflow models e.g., multi-entity, multi-currency.
• Supporting identification and development of new business opportunities for Evelyn Partners with proposals for new work, development of internal brand and network and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
• Providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisal whilst being familiar with relevant training and development options.
