Full Job Description

  • Brand strategy and structure: Develop brand integration strategy and plan for acquired brands. Ensure all necessary steps for brand integration are accounted for in the Transition Management Office's plans and approach to change. Ensuring alignment across Transition Management Office and stakeholders on brand objectives (define success and what project closure includes), how we'll track, and communicate to successfully integrate acquired brands.
  • Brand oversight: Oversee all brand integration activities, ensuring that the proper branding approach (positioning, visual, etc.) is being used across the company. Provide brand guidance and hands on support to Marketing team and in support of interdependent workstreams as needed to update branding across the global organization.
  • Brand workstream lead for an M&A integration, responsible for tracking of brand integration landmarks. Contribute to cross-functional marketing workstream status calls.
  • Hands on execution: Brand resources such as guidelines, reference guides, communications, intranet page creation, brand office hours.
  • Collect and channel any relevant agendas from legal & TMO team to broader brand partners, Marketing leadership as well as provide support and oversight to ensure pre-Day 1 guidelines are followed

    We're looking to add a Senior Manager, Brand Integration to our Global Marketing team. If you're passionate about travel, making connections, working with others, and providing a world class experience for our customers, you might be perfect for our team. This person will be a key member of the team responsible for M&A related brand integration management. The ideal person for this role is a senior brand manager that can effectively lead global change management for over 18K colleagues across 140 countries. This is an individual contributor/strategic leadership role, requiring the ability to be resourceful and do everything from defining the strategy, ensuring plan completeness, writing communication, providing creative branding direction, to tactical execution of visual or messaging edits using MS (ppt, doc, excel, outlook) and Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).,
  • Seven or more years of brand management experience at management level
  • Experience leading brand/marketing integrations in mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong business acumen, attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • International experience and working with remote teams and time zones
