Full Job Description

As 'Senior Manager, Business Analysis - Discovery & Transformation', you'll be at the centre of executing on the Payments CoE mission. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology by interpreting business requirements into capability needs for technical delivery. You'll solve complex problems, assess alternative solutions, and design innovative deliverables that align with strategic goals. You'll also build relationships across teams, influence stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership.,

  • Collaborate with business partners to define scope, value, and strategic alignment of priorities.
  • Lead transformational initiatives, enhancing and introducing new network capabilities.
  • Present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
  • Provide consultancy on network ecosystems, capabilities and discovery best practices.
  • Deliver solutions with business and technology partners

    Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities
  • Strong collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven experience driving results in a global environment.
  • Experience in business transformation and Agile frameworks.
