Senior Manager - Corporate Tax

The Cambridge office is on an ambitious growth journey, and we need an equally driven and ambitious Tax Senior Manager to join us.,

• You will be involved in business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.
• You will work closely with shareholders and founders of OMB's and will be involved in advisory work across shareholder level planning work, corporate reconstruction, transactions, succession planning, sale planning.
• You will manage a portfolio of corporate compliance clients
