Full Job Description
- Ensuring the teams build & release high-quality technological solutions that users will love & drive improvements for our business, adopting continuous delivery practice, enabling teams to produce products/features in short, reliable and frequent cycles
- Enable continuous discovery & delivery processes that mold the team to determine what the consumers want, develop impactful products, & benefit both clients & the business
- Work closely with the product team to identify key milestones & dependencies, monitor progress, & report to stakeholders
- Leading, mentoring, & motivating team members, you will increase the level of performance, quality & productivity of the Carnival's delivery of new products & features
- Forming policy & planning for the delivery function within Carnival UK, beyond just Digital - ensuring other areas & teams within Carnival contribute to our incremental planning cadence. Taking accountability for the ultimate results of the delivery function, setting, agreeing & measuring qualitative & quantitative KPIs for the delivery of new product
Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail. - Agile qualification (e.g. Certified Product Owner/Manager / Scrum Master)
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps & Waterfall methodologies
- Previous experience as a Senior Delivery Lead, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Project Manager in an agile product development environment, You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment yet can work with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Your qualifications in digital are just the start; we're looking for a team member who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our collective success.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills & experience with data analysis tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks & priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
