Full Job Description

  • Work with the Management team to define the go to market Emerging Tech consultancy service and be part of the go to market team to sell these services to our FS clients.
  • Lead the implementation of Emerging Tech services for our clients by engaging with senior stakeholders and help them safely adopt Emerging Tech and AI technologies.
  • Provide guidance and input into internal projects that are building Emerging Tech assets in terms of architecture and engineering best practises and where necessary to demonstrate best practices through implementation.

    A natural technical leader that is proficient in explaining Emerging Tech to financial services clients including non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work with Senior stakeholders, collaborating to find solutions to complex technical situations
  • Identifying opportunities for and securing new business, including leading proposals and bid teams
  • A capability to direct a delivery team on all aspects of Emerging Tech and to engage with client stakeholders to oversee implementation progress, Extensive experience in the software engineering industry and/or in a Technology Consulting domain
  • Previous experience working within financial services
  • Referenceable experience in leading and delivering large scale transformation programs to achieve significant cost take out targets, with Journey & process improvement at the heart of it through use of Data and AI powered Automation technology capabilities
  • Experience in facing off with CIO, CSO and CDO to help them with key messaging to unlock organizational bottle necks to maintain pace of engagement
  • Experience in leading sales cycle for target clients and transition into delivery lead role as the key senior resource on the ground for day to day client management.
  • Experienced in client delivery in the automation space involving variety of technology capabilities, please see below for reference (Non-exhaustive):
  • One or more of the RPA products - Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere
  • One or more of Auto ML platforms like - Data Robot, Workfusion, Automation Hero, any other
  • One or more of NLP based solutions for semantic search and/or entity classification - Re-Infer, IBM Watson services or services from AWS, GCP or Azure
  • One or more of Doc Digitization based solutions - Hyper Science, Kofax, Antworks, PlanetAI or cloud services from services from AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Experience with Process Mining & Data Visualization tools - Celonis, Pega Desktop Analytics, Process Gold etc.
  • Deep experience in workflow-based solutions for maximizing STP and implementing human-in-loop architecture - Xceptor, Pega, IBM BPM, Be-Informed, jBPM or others
  • Experience in delivery of Intelligent Solutions by mixing both On-prem Product-based capabilities with Cloud services
  • Candidates should be knowledgeable about component-based & event-based architecture using messaging technologies like Kafka
  • Candidate needs to demonstrate experience and capability around data security, information security and design patterns for failure recovery
  • It is expected that the candidate is able to Architect and QA solutions as well as monitor and manage team delivery in a fast-paced client environment
  • Experience in both back office and front office/contact centre-based client environment is a prime requirement
  • Candidate needs to have experience in managing and owning business cases in partnership with client stakeholders from ideation to delivery, stabilization and value realization phase
  • It will be expected that the candidate has proven experience in establishing one-self as a trusted advisor to senior stake holders in the client organization
  • The candidate will also be required to establish one-self as a true domain practitioner within EY in the space of AI Engineering, Automation and Intelligent Solutions such that they are called upon for supporting the sales process to showcase the best of EY in the industry
  • Should have proven people management skills and experience in leading teams
