Senior Manager GTM (Outdoor)

As a cluster North Senior Manager Go To Market responsible for the Outdoor category at adidas, you'll drive our terrex & five ten business and brand success through the development & execution of an optimal go-to-market plan, within the strategic framework set out by Global / Europe & North Director Outdoor.

You'll also act as the category expert for the marketplace and key category contact for all relevant stakeholders. We're looking for someone to be able to work independently as well as part of an extended GTM (Go-to-Market) team.

• University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience


• 5-8 years of retail merchandising expertise, or experience of cross-functional marketing and/or sales functions


• Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of the business internally and externally


• Excellent organisational skills given the breadth of seasonal and task responsibilities in this role

You'll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a truly state-of-the-art gym - fully loaded with Peloton bikes & every piece of gym equipment you can imagine. An indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes & creative corners creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR & many more., We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
