Full Job Description

In Burberry's composable architecture which consists of multiple ERP solutions a senior ERP architect is required to design and manage a target estate as well as oversee project deliveries to the defined end state. SAP is one of the major ERP technologies at Burberry but certainly not the only one. The role holder will partner with ERP providers to define best for Burberry solutions for now and future,

  • Providing leadership to Solution Architects re development of capabilities in line with defined business capabilities and target ERP architecture.

  • Active role in design authorities, responsible for design, development and integration decisions and a key stakeholder in the architecture of business processes supported by ERPs.

  • Responsible for the Burberry ERP capability roadmap including the SAP roadmap

  • Key stakeholder for governance and quality assurance, best practices and standards.

  • The job involves working with IT and business teams to develop strategy or improvements of ERP landscape and ERP run business processes. The role responsibilities include assisting with planning, design, budgeting, documenting, delivering and sustaining application deployment and change.

  • The role requires experience of on-prem and cloud infrastructure that hosts ERP & SAP applications and with a particular focus on innovation, an eco-system of apps and LCNC applications

    The position requires knowledge and or experience of a SAP applications and SAP products as well as at least one other significant major application. Experience of designing for a multi-application landscape a must.

  • The role also requires a good knowledge of other IT functions, teams and technologies forging partnerships with other IT teams while encouraging a DEVOPs environment.

  • The role requires an understanding of enterprise data and enterprise data flows and the application and integration technology used to handle those flows.
