Full Job Description
As a critical member of Regeneron's newly created International Oncology organisation and a member of the UK and Ireland Oncology Leadership Team, we are seeking a Brand Manager to coordinate Regeneron UK's local oncology marketing activities, specifically within Lung. Reporting into the Oncology Country Manager (UK), you will be accountable for all across-brand marketing activities in local market for commercialised indications with a focus on Lung. A typical day might look like: Being accountable for overarching Lung brand marketing strategy in UK and cluster markets. Providing input into the development of the International brand strategy, functional plans and budget. Leading the local brand planning process for Lung including analysing the competitive landscape. Identifying key promotional opportunities and developing differentiated messages to key target audiences. Working in partnership with local counterparts in Medical Affairs to create and agree on an aligned brand strategy. Working collaboratively with the other brand marketing lead to build an overall portfolio perspective. Analysing drivers and barriers of brand performance (e.g. share of voice, market dynamics, competitive actions) and identify/propose actions to address opportunities or risks to performance. Responsible for the development and execution of external stakeholder engagement plans (including national congresses, HCP meetings etc) in coordination with cross-functional teams. Creation of local promotional materials aligned with the local and global brand plans for use by the sales force and via digital channels. Working closely with the Sales Manager and team in the development and execution of the Field Plan of Action, national/regional sales meeting execution and Field communications in collaboration with internal and external partners/collaborators. Developing local promotional budget and manage spend in line with approved budget. Maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree required with preference for science background;
- 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience
- Expertise in handling agencies and suppliers.
- Ability to communicate and act promptly, demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in sophisticated, constantly evolving environments.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong integrity and ethics in behaviours, actions, and communications.
- Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and any regulations related to promotional activities.
- Ability and willingness to travel as the need arises
