Core Responsibilities Lead the LEGO Retail marketing strategy

  • Be the lead point of contact within the LEGO®Retail Marketingorganisationfor driving the marketing strategy for the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP), delivering against our brand and commercialobjectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to seek input,developand execute the plan.
  • Lead deployment of the marketing strategy within Marketing and the wider LR business.
  • Lead global ICP marketing strategy conversations with the Market Group's (MG's) and Business Units (BU's), partnering with the LR regional teams.
  • Drive continuous stakeholder collaboration to ensure marketing strategy is effectively executed.
  • Drive performance planning and optimisation
  • Drive the ongoing gap-to-target (GTT) mitigation marketing planning and activation process within Retail Experiences and Marketing.
  • Analysecurrent year performance and targets, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide execution teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing performance effectiveness
  • Utiliseyour analytical skills to provide insightful, data-backed suggestions tooptimisemarketing plans and campaigns.
  • Partner closely with teams to turn insights into action and drive business performance.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the marketing strategy is effectively executed.
  • Play your part in our team succeeding This role sits in the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) function of the LEGO®Retailorganization. LEGO®Retail is the owned and operated retail arm of The LEGO Group, responsible for LEGO Brand Retails Stores (LBR) and LEGO.com. This role reports to the Marketing Planning & Performance Director. It works closely with the other Marketing leaders across REM and with wider teams within LEGO Retail, including Regional Commercial Development (RCD). As a Senior Manager in our Marketing Planning & Performance team, you will be at the heart of our strategic planning and performance management.You'llpartner with key stakeholders across the business to lead strategic conversations,identifyopportunities, and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Your ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, actionable plans will be critical to your success in this role.

    The ideal candidate holds proven experience in marketing strategy, planning, and performance management at a senior level, preferably in a consumer-focused environment; together with strong experience balancing both brand and commercial performance. Previousexperience working with SAP, Adobe Analytic and MS Excel & MSPPT,will be an advantage. Moreover, the successful candidate willdemonstrate:

  • A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and manage complex projects.
