Senior Manager, National and Key Accounts Retail The role is home based with travel required to the CCEP office in Uxbridge and to the customers across G B. What you become a part of The Away from Home environment in Great Britain is a diverse, exciting and challenging one. The landscape is constantly changing with new channels driving growth, customers adopting different strategies to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and mergers and acquisitions blurring traditional boundaries. Our National Account teams have the responsibility to set and lead our strategy within each of our customers, developing and implementing joint customer plans for each account reflecting their specific customer strategies. Senior Managers and National Account Managers within these teams have full accountability for leading and managing CCEP's commercial agenda with our customers and internally across our business. What to expect

  • Development and engagement of a team of individuals is a key priority
  • Creating the strategic direction for the On the Go environment
  • Embedding the principals of World Class Key Account Management
  • Creation of collaborative Joint Business Plans with key customers to deliver growth for CCEP, the customer and the category
  • Ownership of forecasting, budgeting and management of operating expenses.
  • Prioritising investment decisions and resource allocation to maximise return on investment through all customer linked expenditure
  • Ensure the successful negotiation of trade terms in customers, based on the strategic initiatives of the business unit.
  • You will liaise directly with internal stakeholders, including the KO Global team, to lead and deliver the annual business plan.

    You must demonstrate the ability to lead, make an impact and drive results. Previous trading experience is desirable but not essential however you should have high levels of commercial awareness.
  • You should be highly numerate, self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills. You will exhibit evidence of excellent communication skills, collaborative business planning and influencing senior stakeholders.
