  • Development and engagement of a team of individuals is a key priority
  • Creating the strategic direction for the On the Go environment
  • Embedding the principals of World Class Key Account Management
  • Creation of collaborative Joint Business Plans with key customers to deliver growth for CCEP, the customer and the category
  • Ownership of forecasting, budgeting and management of operating expenses.
  • Prioritising investment decisions and resource allocation to maximise return on investment through all customer linked expenditure
  • Ensure the successful negotiation of trade terms in customers, based on the strategic initiatives of the business unit.
  • You will liaise directly with internal stakeholders, including the KO Global team, to lead and deliver the annual business plan.

    You must demonstrate the ability to lead, make an impact and drive results. Previous trading experience is desirable but not essential however you should have high levels of commercial awareness. You should be highly numerate, self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills. You will exhibit evidence of excellent communication skills, collaborative business planning and influencing senior stakeholders.
