Full Job Description

As Senior Manager Operations, Museums and Cultural Property, you will enhance museum collections across the UK, by implementing operational measures within the Museums and Cultural Property team. The postholder will oversee the development and delivery of Arts Council's statutory functions, including corporate planning, performance reporting, risk management, and budgeting. They will manage case flow to ensure alignment with DCMS commitments and Arts Council priorities. They will play a leading role in championing the continuous improvement of our cultural property schemes.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in service development, change management and agile project management with strong Microsoft capabilities and relationship management experience.

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

Salary: £49,045 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
