Full Job Description

This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover. As the Senior Manager you will be developing, communicating, and implementing marketing plans that detail the objectives, goals, strategies, measures, and tactics for the assigned marketing segment that build into the overall annual marketing plan. A snapshot of what you will be doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing programmes, promotions, and communications for assigned brands, including creative, non-traditional campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Oversee advertising and communications activities, ensuring they are in line with strategy and priorities, while managing project budgets and tracking expenditure, commitments, and projections.
  • Review performance data to summarise programme effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify potential marketing solutions to address regional business challenges, while continuously improving processes and delivery systems for all initiatives.

    Significant progressive work-related experience with demonstrated understanding of multiple business processes related to the position including targeted and broad-based consumer multi-channel marketing and promotions.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence others, and build strong internal and external relationships across all levels and functions, particularly with Commercial, Sales, and Revenue teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing implementation of marketing strategies by monitoring competitive movements, regional macro business conditions and company business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles including paid media planning, digital marketing, TV production and promotional concepts.
  • Demonstrated project management skills in organising, planning, and executing mid to large size projects from conception through implementation.
  • Proven effective ability to develop localisation strategies and execute hotel training and hotel enrolment.
