Full Job Description

You'll join the Burberry team as a Senior Manager with experience in programmatic and paid social managing and owning international paid social & programmatic campaigns with the help of our account managers and executives who will benefit from your guidance and support throughout the process. You will be joining a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process. We are looking for an energetic, optimistic and creative problem-solver to join our performance Burberry team at OMD EMEA. This covers liaison with clients of programmatic and paid social campaigns across Teads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, Reddit and TikTok as well as supporting the specialist teams in campaign management including implementation, optimisation, analysis and insights building. Burberry is a very broad and diverse account! You'll be looking after both brand and performance activity across programmatic specifically. There's opportunity work on major brand campaigns, Burberry's bi-annual LFW whilst at the same time, have a hand in performance activity. Our performance team is composed of very talented people who aim to deliver great work.   • Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met - good Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience in managing / activating programmatic across multiple DSP's.
  • Strong knowledge of the paid social and programmatic advertising. Ideally Facebook blueprint certified.
  • Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
  • You will lead our social and programmatic advertising strategy for your clients, working alongside the Director.
  • You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
  • You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
  • You will be an expert in using our platforms and enable to quickly extract information and train junior team members.
  • You will also have good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products.
  • You will be able to work with other digital teams and feel comfortable discussing how social and programmatic advertising fits into the overall marketing mix.
  • You will be able to put forward recommendations and forecasts and showcase to the client how this activity contributes to their KPIs.
