Senior Manager, ServiceNow Architecture Lead

Leadership and strategy

• Act as the principal ServiceNow architect for the Enterprise Service Management Platform (ESM) in an enterprise wide ServiceNow instance and ITOM migration programme.
• Propose and implement technical design standards and guardrails, ensuring these are communicated and adopted across the ESM Platform community.
• Provide oversight and guidance of the technical delivery of our ServiceNow Implementation Partner within the ITSM programme.
• Provide support and architectural oversight to the definition of the data architecture and data segregation controls.
• Propose and develop a technical capability roadmap for product alignment with Core Platform technical capabilities.
Technology
• Work closely with ServiceNow architecture community peers to identify and leverage technology capabilities, to improve the delivery value and user experiences from our ITSM Processes and functions.
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on leveraging best value from the migration of the ServiceNow and ITSM products.
• Provide expert guidance to support strategic initiatives for ITSM programme as a subject matter expert and design lead.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow architects across the ITSM and ITOM products team to provide simple, scalable, and secure end-to-end solutions that adhere to Core Platform Standards and Ways of Working.
• Utilize ServiceNow capabilities and optimization technologies to identify improvement opportunities for ESM.
Governance
• Represent Enterprise Service Management Platform (ESM) in all Technical Design and Governance Forums.
• Review, input into, and co-create solution and technical designs for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Apply Best Practice methodologies to process design and execution activities e.g. ITIL, ISO20000, ServiceNow Now Create
• Contribute to driving the adoption of a data-led culture for ESM Processes and functions.
• Author and maintain documentation relating to ESM Process Architecture and Governance.
• Support the creation of Knowledge Management collateral and content for ESM processes and functions.
• Attend and contribute to ITSM Architecture and Governance meetings and forums.
• Facilitate development team in assuring best practices across implementation and being involved within the Agile delivery process
