Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
5+ years of experience in devising investment and growth strategies
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
Proficiency in strategic frameworks and proven track record of successful strategy implementation
