Full Job Description
- Support delivery of Programme against overall timing plan
- Utilise standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery (including Agile methodologies, P6)
- Lead Manufacturing Programmes Attribute Team (MPAT) or Industrialisation Squad (Transverse Team, Agile structure)
- Prepare accurate and objective technical status reports in support of programme/launch management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews
- Lead and coordinate structured problem solving across cross functional teams in preventing and resolving launch issues
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the end-to-end Manufacturing Programme environment. The IOPD role holds a unique position at the heart of manufacturing delivery - from initial feasibility through to detail launch planning and delivery and into volume production. As a Senior Manufacturing Programme Engineer you will be exposed to an extensive number of areas in the business and provide you with an opportunity to develop and utilise your transferrable project management skills in both the planning and delivery of our new products., - Experience of project management from Concept to Launch
- An understanding of manufacturing concepts and strategies.
- Experience in using data driven problem solving techniques
- Experience of working in a quality focussed role
