Reporting into the Marketing Manager - Beauty Box, the Senior Marketing Executive - Beauty Box will support in delivery our Beauty Box proposition globally, covering both "The Box" monthly subscription service as well as our curated limited-edition products. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across these regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives tailored to both the subs and limited elements of the proposition, and their associated KPIs. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels. As a Senior Marketing Executive for our Beauty Box team, you'll:

  • Develop and update the Beauty Box marketing calendar(s) outlining weekly/ monthly activation plans and timelines across key territories, and aligned to wider LOOKFANTASTIC retail plan
  • Work closely with The Box sourcing team on critical path management to understand and adhere to key deadlines
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing activations for "The Box" monthly subscription to drive new customer acquisition and retention, working with channel leads across social media, email, influencers, affiliates and more to optimise the right marketing mix
  • Create and deliver activation plans for Beauty Box campaigns, working with territory leads to support international relevance

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities in each country
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer behaviours, pricing strategies and promotional activations within relevant beauty markets
  • Analyse market data and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development specific to each country
  • Conduct regular reviews of activation plans and results, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation

    Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing activation, campaign management, or brand marketing, with a focus on markets outside of the UK.
  • Strong understanding of consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market dynamics in these countries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
