Senior Marketing Executive FTC

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you will work as part of our Marketing team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. This position will help the marketing department achieve its short-, medium- and long-term goals by delivering an uplift in the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted marketing campaigns across existing and potential clients within the UK market.,

• Plan, execute and manage impactful marketing campaigns to our existing clients and prospects across different project, client and industry sectors.
• Compile and share data regarding all key marketing activities to ensure decisions and improvements can be made quickly and effectively.
• Define and create targeted segments within our CRM for marketing activity to maximise campaign engagement and deliver marketing qualified and sales qualified leads.
• Create engaging content to help increase marketing leads and opportunities to quote delivered via multiple channels including email marketing, website, digital advertising and social media.
• Support the management of our organic and SEO activities to drive search rankings and grow our website visits and engagement.
• Suggest and implement website changes and improvements working alongside our web, digital and copywriting agencies to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant and of use.
• Use marketing and sales funnels to support the department to automate its marketing activities from campaign through to post survey feedback.
  
  You will have experience in a B2B marketing environment (minimum two years) with a strong interest and passion in digital marketing. You will be confident and interested in working across various departments of the business including regional operation teams and our business development and sales teams.
