Full Job Description

To drive marketing activity across a range of media and channels with a focus on achieving customer acquisition and retention KPIs

  • Own the Frasers Plus co-marketing agenda, by working closely with key stakeholders across Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations teams in Frasers Group to identify opportunities to integrate Frasers Plus into key campaigns.

  • Engage with the Retail Partnerships team and our retail partners to maximise all opportunities to promote Frasers Plus through a progamme of integrated activity across, but not limited to, eCRM and social channels.

  • Contribute to the ongoing establishment of the Frasers Plus brand and support brand custodianship for Frasers Plus ensuring the brand expression is consistent and cohesive across all media and channels.

  • Continually identify and exploit opportunities to drive brand and product awareness, refining and improving existing activity.

  • Support the execution and evolution of the Frasers Plus eCRM strategy ensuring we continually build sophistication in our approach.

    Excellent knowledge and experience of CRM

  • Confident using data to make customer first decisions.

  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles

  • Vast experience of working with various stakeholders
