Full Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager reports directly to our Marketing Director and oversees the development and execution of Bamford and The Club by Bamford's comprehensive marketing strategies. This role is integral to driving brand growth, strengthening our positioning as aspirational lifestyle and wellness brands, and engaging both existing and new customers to build lasting loyalty., As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts and ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and brand elevation in everything we do.,

  • Strategy development - implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for both Bamford and The Club by Bamford.
  • Calendar management - ongoing development and management of the marketing calendar, encompassing key seasonal themes and NPD along with supporting key activations for our sister brands and wholesale partners. Working closely with all product teams on accurate launch dates.
  • Campaign management - crafting seasonal narratives to align with product launches, built around strong product and brand storytelling.
  • Communications - acting as a brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice is upheld and aligned. Supporting on comms for all channels as needed (email, social, paid activity).
  • Membership communications - effectively managing all comms for Members of The Club, ensuring appropriate tone of voice and discretion.
  • Leading a small team, supporting their day-to-day workload across marketing and PR, ensuring development opportunities and nurturing talent.
  • Support PR efforts by ensuring in-house and agencies are fully briefed on the annual marketing calendar with key launches. Supplying collateral and relevant assets in a timely manner for award entries and editorial opportunities.
  • Customer experience - ensure the Bamford customer experience is first class and consistent, regardless of customer touch point
  • Retail and spa marketing - identify new opportunities to maximise footfall and build strong working relationships with all store and spa teams to help identify and execute strategic activations.
  • B2B marketing - support our wholesale teams with marketing collateral (including presentations) for all wholesale business partners at launch and beyond to drive awareness, comprehension and conversion into the Bamford brand.
  • Build and manage the Bamford marketing budget effectively and within spend, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ability to react to prioritie

    This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing leadership, a creative eye, and the ability to manage multiple projects while driving measurable results. You'll lead a talented team, inspiring them to innovate and deliver campaigns that embody the values of Bamford and The Club by Bamford., 5+ years experience in broad marketing roles, preferably working within wellness and lifestyle brands.
