Full Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead on the development and execution of the student recruitment marketing and conversion strategy for the University of London, managing a team of confident marketers.

You will oversee the implementation of multichannel organic campaigns, leveraging CRM and email automation tools to drive personalised experiences and optimise student recruitment efforts.

You will play a key role in using data to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and measure campaign performance.

This role acts as a key contact for student recruitment and conversion activities for the University of London, its institutions and its Federation Members, developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns in the national and international marketplace.

You will also work closely with and provide support and advice to key stakeholders, as well as overseeing regular campaign performance analysis to support strategy and delivery of student recruitment activities and their continuous optimisation.

You will be an enthusiastic and passionate marketing lead, an expert in target-driven campaigns, and a strong advocate and mentor for your team.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
