Full Job Description
- Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy to support the business in the UK & EU regions.
- Building the JBP's with retailers to strengthen go to market strategy on NPD and elevating Core.
- Managing the marketing support across all channels - Digital, Direct, Paid, Influencer
- Analysing performance of key performance metrics for insights into brand performance
- Working closely with the Senior NAM to build solid JBP's and collaboratively drive revenue
- Building strong relationships with Retailer Marketing teams
- Actively Managing the PR agencies in the UK and EU regions
- Increase Brand Awareness by driving visibility through strategic PR and influencer partnerships. Work closely with UK & EU PR agency to develop and implement brand plans to include brand events, press coverage and paid and organic influencer content creation
- OPEX Management. Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and ensure effective ROI
- Actively manage the annual marketing budget - feeding back to Regional Director and VP Sales
- Negotiating on rate cards
- Providing strong leadership for the marketing team, managing a direct report to mentor, coach and develop skills.
- Prioritising and building critical paths to meet all agreed marketing activities and deadlines
- Develop full funnel Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver against sales targets. Utilizing a mix of Upper funnel paid influencers, organic for consideration and micro and nano partners for conversion.
