Senior Medical Secretary

We are recruiting a Senior Medical Secretary to provide all aspects of secretarial and administrative duties to a group of consultants and the wider clinical team for self-pay and insured patients/clients., Senior Medical Secretaries will facilitate the smooth running of the patient/client journey by ensuring that coordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient/client and their individual needs.,

• Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services


• Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers


• A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals


• Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year


• Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

Senior Medical Secretaries will have exceptional customer services skills with the ability to deal with staff and patients/clients with a high degree of professionalism, compassion and confidentiality.
