As a Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in providing expert care and support to individuals with complex mental health conditions.   • Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients with mental health disorders

  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure effective delivery of care services
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of care through participation in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives specific to our patient population
  • Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, supporting their professional development within our specialized mental health care setting

    Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in providing mental health care in a clinical setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills tailored to the unique needs of our patient population
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team within our specialized mental health care environment
  • Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in nursing practice, with a focus on the specific needs of our patient population
