Full Job Description

Key Account Management (Amazon Retail / Fresh, Moonpig, 3rd party Marketplace partners)

  • Deliver Amazon & Moonpig in-year customer plans, budgeted NTS / GP targets and market share objectives in line with P&L targets & the Lindt Digital strategy

  • Actively lead, negotiate & trade AVNs / joint business plans to deliver sustainable growth

  • Build, manage & evaluate execution / media plans with customers to drive traffic and conversion (including Amazon Advertising campaigns & customer storefront execution)

  • Own the customer forecast in line with demand and support Supply Chain teams to deliver against PO compliance, confirmation & delivery KPIs

  • Actively contribute to regional European Amazon planning by sharing / applying best practice from market counterparts

  • Maintain availability across the portfolio, including NPD, through effective commercial & operational management, in line with customer timelines (particularly for Easter & Christmas seasonal planning)

  • Build insights to make data-driven decisions and seek new opportunities from key supplier / category platforms (Vendor/Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Edge, Data Impact, etc.)

  • Work closely with Commercial Finance to manage the pricing, accrual & invoicing process for your customers, including monthly customer reviews

  • Manage preferred 3rd party Marketplace commercial supply agreements

  • Sell-in & agree all-year-round, Easter & Christmas commercial growth plans, including execution & sell-through initiatives (including test & learn initiatives)

  • Lead the Pureplay Gifting agenda through your accounts and wider sales channels, delivering sales & share over-index in gift guide participation, seasonal execution & bundle initiatives in key trading period, We want everyone at Lindt feel safe to be themselves, ensuring they are empowered, represented, celebrated and included in our workplace.     Marketplace experience is essential

  • Proven account management experience with full P&L accountability, preferably within FMCG / Gifting

  • Demonstrable experience of negotiating & executing customer joint business plans

  • Performance driven, dynamic and maintains focus on core KPIs

  • Highly proficient in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central & Amazon Advertising platforms

  • Effective communicator, with the ability to influence across functions

    In this role you will a key member of the Digital & wider Sales team, with accountability of our 1P marketplace & eGifting customer portfolio. The individual will be responsible for delivering against our sales, profit and market share objectives for Amazon (Retail & Fresh) & Moonpig accounts through the commercial negotiation and execution of joint business plans, whilst working dynamically across functions in this fast-paced channel.
