We co-deliver the service with South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust (SWYT). Northpoint's element of the service includes the First Point of Contact which is the single point of contact for all mental health and neurodevelopmental referrals for children and young people in Calderdale.
Northpoint also provides the Mental Health Support Team in schools, and the Thrive-informed Getting Help therapeutic service. In addition, we act as lead provider for 3 VCSE organisations in order to facilitate partnership working and ensure joined up referral pathways.
