Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to support in generating new business opportunities across the UK Publicis Production network. Driving growth initiatives and fostering collaboration across Publicis Groupe; you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities and ensuring successful pitch outcomes.,

  • Key point of contact for new business; leading initiatives and support pitches

  • Develop and manage case studies to showcase agency capabilities

  • Foster collaboration and connection among stakeholders

  • Coordinate processes and logistics for pitch meetings

  • Maintain the New Business and case study libraries

  • Stay informed on industry trends and refine processes accordingly

    Extensive experience in a similar role; preferably with creative agencies

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders

  • Proactive, accountable, and able to drive internal engagement

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently

  • Passionate team player with a detail-oriented approach

  • Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
