You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supporting and developing your nursing team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks., As a Senior Nurse (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your leadership skills to make sure our residents get the quality care we're known for. You'll be a hands-on clinical leader, creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of mental and physical needs. You'll make critical clinical decisions, assess new residents, implement safeguarding policies, and administer medicines in line with NMC regulations. You'll also support and mentor your team to ensure they have the clinical training to deliver the highest standards of nursing.
