Provide leadership and support to the nursing team

Monitor resident's health and well-being, and report any changes to the appropriate medical and nursing staff
Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our client's team at a Dementia Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents., RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of dementia care and nursing homes for the elderly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Current and valid UK NMC registration
