In this role, you will engage in initial conversations, offer occupational case formulation, and utilize the Living Well toolkit to guide your interventions. In this rewarding position, you will conduct holistic, person-centered assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with each individual's needs. Your knowledge of the CMHF will guide you as you provide thoughtful clinical advice on assessing and addressing clients' occupational and functional needs.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, you'll be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, committed to delivering best practice guidelines for Mental Health and Occupational Therapy. We're looking for a dynamic clinician with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with service users and their families or carers.
You will play a key role in nurturing the next generation of professionals by supporting students during their placements and supervising junior staff, including Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
