Full Job Description

"As an Occupational Therapist who has worked primarily within the NHS, transitioning into social care has broadened my knowledge and understanding of the Care Act, as well as the role of OTs in this setting. Being a member of the LD&A team has been immensely satisfying and rewarding, allowing me to work closely with clients who present with a range of complex conditions. This has challenged my clinical skills and reasoning, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I have also been afforded the opportunity to work with them for an extended period of time, enabling me to see the positive impact that our intervention has provided. The LD&A OT team are an incredibly friendly and supportive group of people, who I am privileged to call my colleagues. I have learnt so much from the range of skills and experience that they each bring to the team and I have made new friends for life.
